Warranty

General provisions:
  • Borealis Lithuania carries out warranty repairs on all equipment sold (“Equipment”).
  • The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Liability and guarantee:
  • The warranty covers the repair and replacement of parts with manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty is valid if the equipment has been regularly serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions. It is recommended that the equipment is serviced 1 –
    2 times a year, depending on the frequency of use and environmental conditions.
  • The warranty is valid as long as the serial numbers of the equipment are the same, the equipment has not been altered and the equipment has not been dismantled.
  • The warranty is carried out at the location of the equipment in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania only. For warranty service from elsewhere, the equipment
    must be sent to the customer’s account at Sausupio g. 11A (B-block), Vilnius, LT- 02301, Lithuania.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by:
  • Physical damage to equipment and other accidental damage;
  • Careless or improper maintenance of the equipment or heavy use;
  • Failure to comply with installation and operating instructions and safety requirements;
  • If the Device has been repaired by an unauthorised person or service company;
  • “Borealis Lithuania shall not be liable for force majeure (vandalism, thunderstorms, water, fire, voltage fluctuations in the network,
    electrostatics, short circuits etc.);
  • Repair and replacement of defects (scratches, etc.) that are insignificant to the operation of the equipment, due to normal or
    natural wear and tear.
Action in case of failure:
  • In the event of a fault during the warranty period, the Customer must immediately report the fault to info@borealis.lt.
    It is necessary to inform the Customer of the type of product (model, serial number), the nature of the fault and the situation in which
    the fault occurred as accurately as possible.
  • After the expiry of the warranty period, a fault reported during the warranty period may not be used, unless
    documented in writing. In case of doubt, the customer must always first consult Borealis Lithuania staff
    regarding the scope of the warranty, the possible obligation to carry out repairs, and whether the Unit can be repaired on-site at the place of use
    or at a workshop.
