For items purchased at the online store www.borealis.lt with a value of less than €25, the delivery fee is €3 to Omniva or DPD parcel lockers in Lithuania and Poland;

Items purchased from the online store www.borealis.lt with a value exceeding €25 are delivered free of charge to Omniva or DPD parcel lockers in Lithuania and Poland;

Items purchased from the online store www.borealis.lt that are valued at over €25 and do not fit into parcel locker compartments are delivered free of charge within Lithuania and Poland;

Massage chairs bought in the online shop www.borealis.lt are delivered free of charge by DPD or another courier company to the customer’s front door. The massage chairs will not be assembled and will be packed on a pallet. The customer is responsible for unpacking, bringing in, assembling and wiring the massage chair in their own space. In this way the massage chairs are delivered throughout the EU;

Massage chairs purchased from the www.borealis.lt online store can—with the customer’s consent—be unpacked, assembled, and (to the extent physically feasible) repacked onto a pallet; delivery within Lithuania via DPD courier using this method costs €70 (including VAT). The customer is responsible for unpacking, moving the chair into their premises, and connecting it. The massage chairs measure 1.8 meters in length and 1 meter in width. Please inquire separately via email at [email protected] regarding delivery to other countries using this method.

Massage chairs purchased from www.borealis.lt can be delivered, carried, assembled and installed in the customer’s space at the customer’s request (the customer is responsible for the physical feasibility of such work, if the dimensions of the massage chairs do not allow for such work, the customer shall bear the seller’s costs). The cost of such service depends on the distance. Up to 100 km from Vilnius, the price is EUR 150 incl. VAT, from 100 km to 200 km from Vilnius, the price is EUR 250 incl. VAT, from 200 km to 350 km from Vilnius, the price is EUR 300 incl. VAT. For massage chairs delivered this way in other countries, please contact [email protected] separately .
