Product information
Sacroiliitis is a painful condition affecting one or both sacroiliac joints (the joints between the lower back and pelvis). This condition causes pain and stiffness in the buttocks or lower back, and the pain can spread to one or both legs. Prolonged standing, sitting or climbing stairs often exacerbates symptoms.
Sacroiliitis is often difficult to diagnose because the symptoms resemble other causes of lower back pain. This condition is often associated with the group of inflammatory spinal arthritis diseases. Treatment often includes physiotherapy and medication.
The SI belt helps reduce these symptoms:
- Back pain
- Hip pain
- Leg pain
- Sacroiliac joint dysfunction
- Pain during pregnancy
