The roller’s central recess makes it ideal for back massages, while the wider contact points allow for more effective access to the lateral areas of the spine. The TWIN roller stimulates blood circulation, improves tissue regeneration and helps you relax after exercise. Made of recycled, durable material, it has a medium resistance.
