The underwrap is used as a protective layer between the skin and adhesive sports tapes or bandages. It helps to reduce the risk of skin irritation during frequent taping, and is easy to remove after training or competitions by simply cutting it with scissors.

The tape repels water and does not absorb moisture, keeping the skin dry and the sports tape stuck to it for longer.

Adaptation:
