Product information

TEMTEX® kinesiology tape has an excellent elastic limit of about 160% and has been successfully used in sports, medicine and everyday life. TEMTEX® has been developing its product range for more than 15 years, so that its tapes can perform a variety of functions depending on the application technique:

Instructions for use

A physiotherapist or massage therapist can best apply the tape, but you can also apply it yourself if you know the principles of taping. If you are going to exercise, apply the tape at least 20-30 minutes before your workout.
  1. Find the sore muscle.
  2. Choose the right length and width of the band: 7.5 cm for the back, 5 cm for most other muscles.
  3. Cut the ends of the tape round to help it stay on your skin longer.
  4. Clean and melt (if necessary) the surface.
  5. Tighten the muscle, but do not tighten the tape itself – apply it normally to the stretched muscle.
Overstretched tape can damage the skin, so it is important to follow the correct application method.
