TEMTEX\u00ae kinesiology tapes<\/strong> have an excellent elasticity of up to 160%, making them an excellent choice for sports, medical or everyday use. With more than 15 years of development, the TEMTEX\u00ae product range offers a wide range of applications to help reduce pain, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, stabilise joints, and accelerate healing. In some cases, they can replace sports tapes for joint support. <\/p>\n\n

The tape stays on the skin for 3-5 days, is free of active ingredients, hypoallergenic and easy to use. One 5 m roll is enough for 5-10 applications. The colour of the tape does not affect its functional effect. <\/p>\n\n

How do I use and remove the tape?<\/h3>\n

It is recommended that the kinesio tape is applied by a specialist – a physiotherapist or massage therapist. However, if you are familiar with the principles of taping, you can successfully apply it on your own: <\/p>\n\n

  • Apply the tape at least 20-30 minutes<\/strong> before your workout.<\/li>\n
  • Choose the right length and width of the band for your muscle:\n
      \n
    • 7,5 cm for the back broad muscle<\/li>\n
    • 5 cm for most other muscles<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n
    • Cut the ends of the tape in a rounded shape to make it last longer.<\/li>\n
    • Remove the hairs and clean the skin at the site of the planned bonding.<\/li>\n
    • Place the muscle in the stretched position<\/strong>, but do not stretch the band itself.<\/li>\n
    • Gently rub the sealed tape to activate the adhesive.<\/li>\n
    • If the tape is applied correctly, it will create soft wrinkles.<\/li>\n
    • The tape should be kept on the skin for 3-5 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

      The adhesive in the tape allows the skin to breathe, so allergic reactions are rare. If you feel itching or notice a rash, remove the tape immediately<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

      To safely remove the tape:<\/p>\n

      • Hold the skin with one hand and with the other gently and slowly<\/strong> pull the tape away from the skin.<\/li>\n
      • Avoid sudden movements or ripping, which can cause skin irritation.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
