Delivery charges are added to the price; <\/li><li>The delivery fee depends on the buyer&#8217;s location and the method of delivery. To complete your order, please fill in the required fields on<br>and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed and can be paid by bank via<br>link or other payment solutions;  <\/li><li>To order products, click on the &#8220;Add to basket&#8221; button on the product to add it to your basket.<br>The basket shows the selected products, their quantities, price and the loyalty discount available. To add<br>products to your shopping cart or to make a purchase, please follow the shopping cart instructions; <\/li><li>Select the correct delivery method and you will see the delivery price (all products are offered free delivery on<br>, please make sure to read the terms and conditions);<\/li><li>If you want to make a purchase, click on the &#8220;Continue&#8221; button. In the window that appears, you must enter your details, if you want to enter<br>company details, select the option &#8220;enter company details&#8221;; <\/li><li>Fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. If you want the delivery details to be different from the payer&#8217;s details, please select the &#8220;Send to another address&#8221; box on<br>and fill in the required fields. The &#8220;Order Overview&#8221; window shows<br>the full content and price of your order and if you are sure you want to buy, click on the &#8220;Submit<br>order&#8221; button;  <\/li><li>In the case of promotions, you can enter the promotional voucher code in the relevant box in the online shop. Information about the<br>promotional voucher code is shared on the campaign&#8217;s information channels; <\/li><li>You don&#8217;t need to create a user account to purchase goods. However, it makes shopping more convenient &#8211; in future, your<br>contact information will already be pre-recorded; <\/li><li>The creation of a user account takes place at the time of the initial purchase. When making the transfer, please enter the order number in the destination field. Please pay within 2 days, after which your order will be automatically cancelled and you will need to make a new purchase;  <\/li><li>After delivery, the System generates an invoice and sends it to your email address; <\/li><li>Borealis Lithuania is the main processor of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised payment institution.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-228007b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"228007b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c46f184 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c46f184\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Order fulfilment and delivery<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a813f29 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a813f29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Goods are shipped to the following countries: all EU and EEA countries;<\/li><li>The cost of sending the goods shall be borne by the user, taking into account the transport costs calculated according to the consignment and the location;<\/li><li>Ordered goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment to Borealis Lithuania&#8217;s current account;<\/li><li>Intra-Lithuanian shipments usually arrive at the destination specified by the user within 1-2 working days of the start of the sale and purchase agreement;<\/li><li>Outside Lithuania, goods are delivered within 2-10 calendar days;<\/li><li>When buying from an online shop, the customer can choose to collect the goods themselves. Goods ordered from the online shop can be collected from the Borealis dealership chosen by the buyer when ordering the goods; <\/li><li>If the buyer wishes to receive the ordered goods at a dealership of his choice, no additional transport costs will be added to the price;<\/li><li>In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver within 45 calendar days.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9baaed e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d9baaed\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-674b441 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"674b441\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right of withdrawal<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-317e7f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"317e7f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Once the order has been received, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person; <\/li><li>In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods, as they are allowed to be tested in the physical shop;<\/li><li>If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods, or show signs of use or wear, the online shop has the right to refuse to accept the goods or to reduce the amount to be refunded according to the reduced value of the goods;<\/li><li>To return the goods, you must make your request in writing no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please send your request to info@borealis.lt;  <\/li><li>The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer;<\/li><li>Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop shall reimburse to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request;<\/li><li>The online shop may refuse to refund the money until the object of the contract has been recovered or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first;<\/li><li>If the buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest normal delivery method offered by the online shop, the online shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the costs incurred in excess of the normal delivery method;<\/li><li>The online shop has the right to refuse the sale and to demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods has been marked below the market price of the goods.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f257663 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f257663\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2cc6d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a2cc6d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right to lodge a complaint<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2484de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a2484de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The online shop shall be liable for any discrepancy or defect in the goods sold to the buyer which existed at the time of delivery;<\/li><li>During the first twenty-four months after delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect is deemed to have already existed at the time of delivery. It is the obligation of the online shop to reject the presumption; <\/li><li>The Buyer has the right to contact the Online Shop by email <a href=\"mailto:info@borealis.lt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">at info@borealis.lt<\/a> or by phone at <a href=\"tel:+37062938095\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">+370 629 38095<\/a> if he\/she notices any defects; <\/li><li>The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer;<\/li><li>If the goods purchased from an online shop have defects for which the online shop is responsible, the online shop will repair or replace the defective goods.
