It is recommended that the equipment is serviced 1 &#8211;<br>2 times a year, depending on the frequency of use and environmental conditions. <\/li><li>The warranty is valid as long as the serial numbers of the equipment are the same, the equipment has not been altered and the equipment has not been dismantled.<\/li><li>The warranty is carried out at the location of the equipment in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania only. For warranty service from elsewhere, the equipment<br>must be sent to the customer&#8217;s account at Sausupio g. 11A (B-block), Vilnius, LT- 02301, Lithuania.  <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-272fd20 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"272fd20\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f22fe7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2f22fe7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The warranty does not cover faults caused by:<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d5e32c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d5e32c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Physical damage to equipment and other accidental damage;<\/li><li>Careless or improper maintenance of the equipment or heavy use;<\/li><li>Failure to comply with installation and operating instructions and safety requirements;<\/li><li>If the Device has been repaired by an unauthorised person or service company;<\/li><li>&#8220;Borealis Lithuania shall not be liable for force majeure (vandalism, thunderstorms, water, fire, voltage fluctuations in the network,<br>electrostatics, short circuits etc.);<\/li><li>Repair and replacement of defects (scratches, etc.) that are insignificant to the operation of the equipment, due to normal or<br>natural wear and tear.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dba22a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4dba22a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f78f49d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f78f49d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Action in case of failure:<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a47e1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a47e1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>In the event of a fault during the warranty period, the Customer must immediately report the fault to <a href=\"mailto:info@borealis.lt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@borealis.lt.<\/a><br>It is necessary to inform the Customer of the type of product (model, serial number), the nature of the fault and the situation in which<br>the fault occurred as accurately as possible.<\/li><li>After the expiry of the warranty period, a fault reported during the warranty period may not be used, unless<br>documented in writing.
